What's New at Infusion
Mamquam Elementary's Infusion program was featured in The Squamish Chief this week.
Some of the teaching team at Mamquam were interviewed: pictured (from left back row) are Heather Lewis, Anne Thomson, principal Rose MacKenzie and Tina Sherlock. They talked about how the program is rolling out, and what they have planned for the future.

Music Monday is an event that takes places across Canada... and this year, also in space!
On Monday May 6, at 9 am Pacific Time and at the exact same time across Canada (10 am Mountain Time, 11 am Central Time, 12 pm Eastern Time, 1 pm Atlantic Time and 1:30 pm in Newfoundland and Labrador) schools and communities from coast to coast will be united by the Music Monday theme song, "ISS - Is Somebody Singing."

Naomi and Hannah Henshall created their own arts integration project using the art of paper craft to learn and teach others about what it takes to become an MLA. On a visit to a campaign office where they were helping prepare for the upcoming election, they shared their process in generating the idea and creating the game.
